Purchasing properties in package deals through TheForeclosure.net is simple. Place your bids on any of the properties in our inventory, and comply with the terms below.

3-5 Properties – 10% Discount
6-10 Properties – 15% Discount

Terms of Discount

To qualify for the package discount, properties must be purchased within a 30 day period. Each individual property must be paid in full within 72 hours after the auctions end. The discount will not apply to the early purchased properties.  The discount will be credited to the last property purchased in the package. In the event a credit is due because bidder was outbid in an attempt to purchase their last property, then seller will apply the discount to any future purchases within a 12 month period.
