Q: Are there any delinquent bills, liens, or mortgages against any of the properties listed?
A: All of our properties are completely free & clear of ALL liens, mortgages, and bills.  There are rare exceptions on some occasions where we may sell a property subject to back taxes, however we CLEARLY state this in these particular listings.

Q: Why has there been properties listed more than one time? What's going on here?
A: In some cases, high bidders fail to respond within the given time frame of 24 hours.  We do give courtesy and even wait extended periods of time in some cases to better help our customers. If a high bidder fails to settle on the property within a respectable period of time, we relist the property to insure we liquidate the property quickly.

Q: What areas are your properties located in?
A: We primarily specialize in the Pennsylvania market, as we are located in Pennsylvania. However, we are in the process of expanding into other markets as well.

Q: Am I bidding on a down payment, or the full purchase price?
A: You are bidding on the FULL purchase price of the property, less the following settlement costs:
